Building work across Southampton and nearby
We are based in West End, on the eastern edge of Southampton, so most of our building work happens within a short drive of the office. The city is a patchwork: Victorian and Edwardian terraces in Portswood, Shirley and Freemantle, interwar semis on the outskirts and post-war estates beyond them. A terrace with a narrow side return needs a different plan from a 1930s semi with a long garden, and planning for most of the city goes through Southampton City Council.
