From first visit to a clear schedule of works
We start with a no-obligation visit to discuss your ideas, share advice, take measurements and create a few early designs. Every extension quote is fully itemised, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
If you go ahead, we put a schedule of works in place that breaks down each phase of the project, with a projected completion date.
Planning, drawings and building regulations
If planning permission is needed, we are happy to liaise with the local authority on your behalf. We have years of experience submitting applications, and much of our design work is aimed at improving your application’s chances of approval. We can take care of the design, structural calculations and approvals, as well as the build itself.

Single or double storey
Some clients choose a single-storey kitchen extension to create a larger kitchen and dining area for the family. Others opt for a double-storey kitchen and bedroom extension, adding space downstairs and upstairs at the same time. Either way, you gain liveable space and add value to your home without the cost and upheaval of a move.

There are no hidden fees and no price rises part-way through. If extra work turns out to be needed, we discuss it with you first and never go ahead without your agreement.
