Over time, roofs wear, and damaged tiles and chimneys can lead to lasting problems if they are not fixed quickly. Whether you need a repair, a re-roof or a completely new pitched roof, we assess the job and recommend the right fix.
For flat roofs — on homes, extensions and commercial buildings — we can repair your existing roof or build a new one.
Roof repairs
Wear, rot and storm damage all take their toll on a roof, and a small fault left alone can let water through to cause damp, water damage and wet rot indoors. Across Hampshire we repair pitched and flat roofs on houses and commercial buildings, working out first what the roof is made from and exactly where the problem lies.
Each repair is matched to the roof, using the same tiles, slates or other materials so it blends in, and can cover anything from the timber structure to the final tiling. We check everything over before we leave site.

New pitched roofs
Most houses have a pitched roof, meaning one with a pitch of over 12.5°. We build new ones for new builds across Hampshire, insulation included, and replace existing roofs that are too old or damaged to be worth repairing. A new roof protects the house for years and can add to the look and value of the property.
Before quoting we visit to measure up and assess the job, and you get a free, no-obligation quotation. We can run the whole roof ourselves, or join the team already working on your project.
Chimney & lead work
As a chimney stack ages its mortar can loosen, and the lead flashings where it meets the roof crack as materials expand and contract with the temperature. Lead itself is durable, so a failing flashing usually points back to how it was first fitted.
We inspect the stack and its lead before recommending anything, then carry out the work needed on homes throughout Hampshire.

Signs your roof needs attention
Small roof problems are usually easier to put right before water reaches the timbers and ceilings below.
